Angie really enjoyed visiting with Kay Farmer who is a wellness coach and also volunteers her time to support Angie's Option GRM non-profit organization. She was born with her twin brother weighing in at only 3lbs 4oz but she lived, even though, unfortunatley, her brother did not. Kay shares how giving birth to her children, breast feeding and listening to a "Food is Medicine" program on the radio were the reasons she started thinking consciously about what she was feeding her children. She had no idea at the time a melanoma cancer diagnosis would be in her future. Kay shares what she did about it and how she took her mess to make it her message!
